Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to support and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination.

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in maintaining marketing materials, supporting advertising efforts, creating content, and contributing ideas to help strengthen our brand and reach.

Key Responsibilities

Update, manage, and optimize digital advertisements across various platforms Create, schedule, and publish marketing content, including social media posts and promotional materials Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns Support the creation of marketing assets such as copy, visuals, and basic campaign materials Coordinate marketing activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Monitor engagement and performance of ads and posts and assist with basic reporting Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships count) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable creating content for digital and social media platforms Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising is an asset
