With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Marketing Assistant at our Corporate office in Norfolk County. This is an entry-level role for a creative and engaging individual with experience on various social media platforms.

THE ROLE
The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing marketing and communication strategies for Scotlynn and our growing divisions by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across various platforms. This role will enhance brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok while contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
This role could also known as social media specialist, marketing coordinator, advertising assistant and/or digital marketing assistant.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

• Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media strategies
• Experience editing, publishing, monitoring content on various social media platforms
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively

Work experience in roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: marketing, social media marketing, advertising, graphic design.
HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

• Collaborating with the Marketing department and social media team on various social media platforms
• Generate, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Develop and execute creative content, including original graphics, photography, video, and written material
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Support internal stakeholders to create content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, digital signage, and internal email newsletters

YOUR COMMITMENT

• This is a full-time, permanent role
• Work in office from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
