Per Se Hospitality Group is now looking for a full time, strong career minded,

Marketing Assistant

to join our team. We're a growing restaurant concept looking for someone with a positive, energetic attitude that is willing to grow with the company.

Requirements

Experience in restaurant office work in high volume, upper casual fine dining restaurants in BC Canada considered an asset. Must be organized, have integrity, accountable, reliable and has respect for their workplace. A strong passion for hospitality, organized and detail oriented Able to handle multiple tasks and works well in environment with time constraints.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

Design marketing materials (social media graphics, flyers, presentations) using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Photo Editing & Retouching:

Edit, enhance, and optimize images in Photoshop & Lightroom for digital and print campaigns.

Layout & Print Design:

Build brochures, menus, and print-ready files in Adobe InDesign.

Social Media Assets:

Create branded content and templates in Canva for quick publishing.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all visuals follow established brand guidelines across platforms.

Campaign Visuals:

Support ad campaigns with creative assets (banners, thumbnails, digital ads).

Presentation Design:

Develop visually appealing pitch decks and reports using Canva & InDesign.

File & Asset Management:

Organize, archive, and maintain design files for easy access and team use.

Qualifications

Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related field considered an asset University Students are welcome! Shifts are flexible Tues-Sat
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
