• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities
• Support the Marketing Department in organizing various projects
• Submit monthly offers to the store\'s websites under the DAG umbrella
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Assist the Marketing team with several projects including advertising review and correction, photo and video production
• Work closely with Marketing Team to develop content for Social Media and other Digital Marketing initiatives
• Assist with design and preparation of marketing materials and presentations
• General administrative duties as required

Key Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing or other relevant combination of skills and experience
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills and ability to multi-task
• Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Self-confident and outgoing personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box
• Creative mindset
• Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase the visibility of the organization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google suite
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is good to have but not mandatory
• Interest in the Automotive Industry is good to have but not mandatory
