Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team to help promote West Lincoln Community Care - our organization and our programs. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall impact of our charity. This role involves working closely with team members to execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and enhance our online presence through various channels.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media. Prepare a social media calendar. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Design graphics and marketing materials Build an email marketing platform, design mass email newsletters, email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with target audiences. Contribute to local events. Perform other administrative tasks in our food bank. Bonus: Create engaging content for website using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.

Experience

Relevant Marketing experience or a 2 year college Marketing diploma. Previous experience in email marketing campaigns is beneficial. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
