Job Description

This entry-level role will provide support to the Marketing Manager, so a successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a great deal of enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn multiple tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining marketing campaigns relating to our products, reporting on their effectiveness, and gathering feedback from consumers. You\'ll also be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, XiaoHongShu, etc. In order to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. Responsibilities:

• Write and produce content, including but not limited to blog posts that showcase our brands, products, and services.
• Update the official website and create web pages.
• Research new opportunities for the promotion of products and services.
• Develop email campaigns and newsletters.
• Support the marketing team as needed on other research and content projects

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt under fast timelines, multiple projects, and changing requirements in real-time
• Proven knowledge of content marketing and business communication
• Real estate industry experience is an asset
