We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and outreach efforts in a fully remote capacity. This role will assist with digital marketing, content creation, brand consistency, and administrative marketing tasks to help grow awareness of our organization and strengthen community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms
Support email marketing, newsletters, and internal communications
Assist with website updates and content management
Track marketing metrics and prepare basic performance reports
Coordinate marketing materials, flyers, and digital assets
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Support community outreach and engagement efforts
Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms, or CRM tools preferred
