We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our SEO and web design projects. Tasks include optimizing on-page SEO elements, updating Google Business Profiles, and implementing Schema Markup using our SOPs. You'll also assist with website edits, plugin configurations, and content updates while setting up analytics platforms like GA4 and GSC. This role is perfect for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about digital marketing. If you're bilingual, organized, and have some experience in SEO or web design, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities



Collaboration:





Working closely with the SEO Strategist and the Content Writer Supervisor. Updating the SOPs you'll be using for your work if anything changed.


Assisting in SEO Related Tasks:





Optimizing basic on-page SEO elements like meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, etc.

Optimizing Google Business Profiles.

Other things like implementing Schema Markup and running Citation Campaigns using our SOPs.

Setting up analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (using our SOPs).


Assisting in Website and Content Edits:





Preparing blueprint site for new web design jobs (using our SOP).

Executing modifications to texts or images or other basic things like testing the site, adding links in buttons, etc.

Configuring and updating plugins using our SOPs.

Creating cookie policy and other legal pages (using our templates).

Executing simple repetitive tasks related to updating old blog posts (often related to just copy-pasting things, for example updating a service page template, changing sections from Headers to accordions or adding a simple section).

Updating translations using our translation plugin (from FR to EN or EN to FR)

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experienced:

Some experience in digital marketing, SEO, or web design. A portfolio or examples of previous work is a plus.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Canva. Experience with Notion or HubSpot is a bonus.

Creative & Analytical:

Able to think creatively for content creation while also being comfortable analyzing data and metrics.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and accurate reporting.

Bilingual:

Fluent in both French & English, with excellent communication skills.

Proactive & Organized:

Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Team Player:

Open to collaboration, feedback, and working closely with a dynamic team.

Eager to Learn:

Passionate about digital marketing and committed to continuous professional growth.
