Support a creative, content-driven business helping writers publish memoirs and legacy books.

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support for webinars, email and content marketing, and light website updates (on Wix). This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours (approx. 2-6 hours/week to start).

Key Responsibilities:

Content creation Work with AI to create written and visual content for social media posts and blogs following agreed-upon content pillars and content sources Repurpose content from existing webinars, handouts, etc into social media and blog content (e.g., short posts, graphics, email snippets) Web updates Update website content on Wix (e.g., adding event info, blog posts, page tweaks) Suggest changes using new keywords Create landing pages for events and/or resources Communications Draft and format email newsletters on Aweber Review and tweak automatic email sequences Send reminder and follow-up emails for live webinars Documenting process Create standard operating procedures for each process completed

You're a great fit if you:

Are highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
Know your way around Zoom, Aweber, Facebook, and social media schedulers

Have experience editing content and working in Wix Strong experience working with AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation Communicate clearly and reliably Enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly Can take on basic design (Canva) following an existing style guide

Bonus if you have:

Experience with content strategy or repurposing Strong experience with web design or redesign Copy-writing skills Experience with book publishing and/or marketing
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $200.00-$800.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
