What You'll Do:
Operations & Administration
Periodic in-person strategy sessions (flexible scheduling based on mutual availability)
Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and organizational systems
Manage calendar, inbox, and client communications
Prepare proposals, contracts, and client materials
Handle CRM updates and client follow-up sequences
Organize digital assets (Google Drive, Canva assets, course materials)
Support speaking engagement logistics
Marketing & Content
Write and edit content for email newsletters, blog posts, and social media (matching my voice)
Schedule and manage social media content across platforms
Upload and optimize content for LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, and course platform
Support membership community engagement and communication
Assist with course launches, webinar preparation, and email campaigns
Track marketing metrics and campaign performance
Repurpose speaking content into multiple formats
