Marketing Specialist (Cold Calling & Field Outreach)

About the Role:

We're looking for a high-energy

Marketing Specialist

to join our team at Fleet Manpower. This

in-person role

is focused on

cold calling, field outreach, and relationship building

--

not

digital or social media marketing. As the face of our employment agency, you'll engage directly with local businesses to promote our staffing services and drive new client acquisition.

Work Schedule Options:

Part-Time:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Full-Time:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call businesses to introduce and promote our services. Conduct in-person visits to potential clients in the area. Attend local events or kiosks to represent Fleet Manpower. Set up meetings with decision-makers and maintain contact logs. Provide light administrative support to the marketing and recruitment teams. Track outreach activities and meet monthly performance targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (with a focus on outbound outreach). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Confident and professional in cold calling and face-to-face interactions. Self-driven, well-organized, and goal-oriented. Strong networking and client relationship-building skills. Knowledge of local business environments is an asset.
