to help expand our business through effective cold calling, lead generation, and content marketing. This is a
temporary role for the first 3 months
, with the possibility of transitioning into a
permanent full-time, part-time, or commission-based position
based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments
Promote our services/products and explain our value proposition clearly and persuasively
Assist with digital content creation -- including social media posts, promotional videos, and marketing copy
Appear on-camera for promotional content, explainer videos, or live interactions when required
Maintain records of customer interactions, track leads, and provide regular updates
Work collaboratively with the team to improve marketing strategies and outreach campaigns
Requirements:
Fluent in
spoken and written English
Comfortable with
cold calling
and handling objections
Ability to
create engaging content
(basic graphics, reels, captions, etc.)
Confident on camera
-- willing to show face in video content and presentations
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
