Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
Content Creation
Write engaging, SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and marketing materials.
Assist in copywriting for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Graphic Design
Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
Support the team in maintaining a consistent visual brand identity.
Social Media Management
Manage and monitor TripToGo's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance insights.
Event Planning
Assist in organizing both online and in-person promotional events.
Help coordinate logistics and materials to support brand engagement.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct research to identify industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
Prepare reports and insights based on campaign performance and marketing analytics.
Marketing Material Preparation
Prepare and distribute digital and print promotional materials.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets.
Website Content Management
Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure freshness and relevance.
Help optimize user experience and support performance improvements.
General Administrative Support
Provide support to the Marketing Manager and Supervisor.
Assist with various projects and day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in a marketing or assistant role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools such as Zoho, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
Experience managing social media and updating website content.
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
