Marketing Specialist

to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives.

Position Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Marketing Specialist

with a university degree in marketing, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will manage and execute Stancer's full marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support business development efforts. Experience with

HubSpot

(Marketing Hub or Sales Hub) is a strong asset.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Laval.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, execute, and optimize Stancer's

marketing strategy

across digital and traditional channels. Manage

HubSpot

marketing workflows, email campaigns, automations, lead-scoring, and CRM activities. Create engaging

content

including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social media posts, and promotional materials. Support the planning and execution of

marketing campaigns

, industry events, and targeted outreach programs. Implement and monitor

SEO

, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and website performance analytics. Develop and maintain branded materials such as brochures, presentations, graphics, and landing pages. Conduct

market research

to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate closely with the management and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Track and report KPIs, campaign performance, and lead-generation metrics. Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity across all platforms and communications.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing

,

Business Administration

,

Communications

, or related discipline. 2+ years of experience in marketing (B2B experience preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content development, and branding. Experience with

HubSpot

(Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM workflows) is a significant asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; French an asset). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with technical industries (engineering, electronics, EMC/RF testing) is an advantage but not required. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus. Proficiency in English and French
