As our client base continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Marketing Assistant to be an essential support to our Account Management team.

This is an

entry-level

Summary of Role



As a Marketing Assistant, your core focus is to support the Account Management team in executing high-quality marketing campaigns, primarily across social media and email. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who loves making things happen behind the scenes and wants to grow in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Content Execution:

Support the Account Manager (AM) team in creating and scheduling engaging Instagram Reels and carousels, as well as cross-posting content to client Facebook and TikTok accounts.

Instagram Stories Management:

Help design and publish Stories to promote engagement, drive email sign-ups, and direct traffic to client websites.

Email Marketing Support:

Assist the AM team in the design and scheduling weekly email campaigns following best practices and guidance.

Attention to Detail & Brand Alignment:

Execute all marketing tasks with a high degree of detail, consistently ensuring content, visuals, and copy are tailored to the unique brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines of each individual client.

Community Management:

Actively manage client social media accounts by thoughtfully responding to comments and DMs and proactively encouraging audience engagement in a manner consistent with the client's brand voice.

Data Collection & Reporting:

Gather weekly performance data for client accounts from social media, email platforms, and website analytics.

Quality Assurance:

Assist the AM team with quality assurance testing on marketing funnel assets, including landing pages, email automations, and custom websites.

General Team Support:

Provide general administrative and project assistance to the Account Management team and other internal departments as needed to support overall business growth.

Qualifications



Must-Have:



Confident using Instagram features (Reels, Stories, tagging, commenting, DMs) Strong Canva skills with an eye for clean, on-brand design Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities Proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player Willingness to learn and be open to feedback Interest in travel, hospitality, or helping small businesses grow

Good to Have:



Prior experience with social media marketing/management in a professional setting Experience or exposure to scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite Experience with email marketing

Salary:

$38,000 - $40,000/year
