Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer Position Overview: Engel & V?lkers Vancouver, a leading real estate brokerage, is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts by creating visually appealing designs and assisting with various marketing tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your design skills and contribute to the success of a prestigious brand in the luxury real estate industry. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Design and update property listing presentations and templates for agents.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Assist with the creation and execution of social media campaigns.
• Help maintain and update the company website with new content and graphics.
• Conduct market research to gather insights and support marketing strategy development.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, managing inventory, and coordinating printing and production processes.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and software tools to continuously enhance the quality and impact of marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers and printers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of print production processes.
• Strong creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
