Overview



The

Marketing Assistant (New Graduate / Part-Time)

will support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities to promote innovative medical and health technology products and services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Working closely with the marketing and communications team, the role combines creativity, organization, and analytical thinking across digital channels such as social media, email marketing, paid ads, content creation, and professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Support & Digital Marketing



Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns to promote products, clinical services, and educational content. Help execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms under supervision. Coordinate preparation of marketing assets such as digital creatives, landing pages, blog articles, and campaign copy. Track campaign progress and support optimization based on performance data.

Content & Social Media



Create and schedule professional and engaging content across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). Support the creation of educational posts, product highlights, and clinician testimonials. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to refine strategies. Assist in creating visuals and short-form video content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Paid Advertising & Performance Tracking



Support setup and monitoring of digital ads on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Help track key metrics (click-through rates, conversions, engagement) and compile regular performance reports. Assist in preparing analytics summaries with insights and improvement ideas.

Brand Partnerships & Influencer Coordination



Research and assist in outreach to healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness influencers for collaborations. Support coordination of partnership deliverables, content timelines, and reporting.

Email & CRM



Assist in building and scheduling newsletters and promotional campaigns to healthcare providers and clients. Help maintain and organize contact lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted outreach.

Market Research & Strategy



Conduct research on competitors, healthcare market trends, and emerging opportunities. Gather audience insights to support messaging and campaign strategy. Assist in summarizing findings to help guide marketing priorities and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience



Recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or a related field. Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, or Mailchimp. Strong writing and communication skills with attention to professional tone suitable for healthcare audiences. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Bonus:

Experience or interest in healthcare, medical technology, or wellness marketing.
