We're a fast-growing healthcare group managing multiple medical clinics and pharmacies across Ontario. We're looking for an
outgoing, extroverted, persuasive, detail-oriented, and proactive
Marketing Assistant to join our team.This role focuses on direct marketing and field outreach (not digital marketing). You'll be out in the community building partnerships, supporting events, and promoting our clinics.
Frequent travel across Ontario is mandatory, and extensive driving is a primary requirement of this position.
What You'll Do:
Support direct marketing campaigns and community outreach events. Build relationships with local organizations and businesses. Distribute marketing materials and promote services in local neighborhoods. Handle marketing logistics, signage, and event planning.
What You Bring:
Valid G-class driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong people skills and a go-getter attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or community outreach is an asset.
