What We\'re Looking For We\'re seeking an enthusiastic team member to join Sprout as a Marketing Assistant. In this part-time role, you\'ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to help create compelling content, work as a brand ambassador at promotional events, and contribute to our inspired branding efforts. Responsibilities As a Marketing Assistant at Sprout, you\'ll be responsible for: Promotional Events:

• Coordinating and actively participating in promotional events, both on-site and off-site.
• Assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of event success.
• Engaging with customers and potential clients during events to promote our products and services.

Social Media Management:

• Managing and maintaining our social media presence
• Creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with our brand\'s voice and message.
• Monitoring social media engagement, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community.

Email Marketing:

• Assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Creating compelling email content, including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Managing email lists, segmentation, and tracking email performance metrics.

Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role is:

• Wildly creative and not afraid of taking risks.
• Willing to go the extra mile.
• Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• A fast learner interested in exploring new technologies.
• Proficient in computer skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva is preferred.
• Possessing a Class 5 driver\'s license with a clean abstract and clean criminal record check.
