The Role
We are seeking a
Marketing Assistant
to join our team and provide day-to-day support across all Tai Beauty Group brands. This is a dynamic role where you'll gain experience in many areas of marketing, e-commerce, and brand development under the guidance of the Marketing Director & Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and open to an entrepreneurial environment with evolving responsibilities. As a team, we place a strong emphasis on

Key Responsibilities
Support
SEO optimization
and technical backend improvements across brand websites
Assist with
website development
and content updates
Create and edit
graphic design assets
for digital and print marketing
Contribute to
social media content and engagement
in collaboration with our Social Media Manager
Write compelling
copy
for social, web, and email marketing campaigns
Support
email marketing
campaigns (design, scheduling, reporting)
Support
Meta & Google Ads
campaign management (experience valued*) Participate in
public relations events, trade shows, and brand activations
; willingness to be featured in content or on-camera as part of the brands' storytelling
Provide general
office and administrative support
as needed
What We're Looking For
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, design, or related field (or equivalent experience*) Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinker with basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus*) Familiarity with website platforms (Shopify or WordPress experience is an asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in
e-commerce or paid advertising
(Meta/Google) is valued but not required
A collaborative mentality with a willingness to learn
