We are a
Canada-based Real Estate & Mortgage team
looking for a
creative, organized, and motivated assistant
to support our growing business. This is a
full-time, in-office role
suited for someone seeking
long-term career growth
in marketing, sales, real estate, and mortgages.
Location:
Brampton
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing content (videos, reels, posts, ads)
Run and support social media and ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
Manage social media calendars and track leads
Call and follow up with real estate & mortgage leads (primary role)
Book appointments and support lead conversion
Assist with admin tasks, documents, emails, and CRM follow-ups
Use AI tools and automation for lead generation (training provided)
Skills & Experience
Experience & Knowledge in digital marketing, content creation, sales, or admin
Strong video creation & editing skills (required)
Experience with
Canva, CapCut / Premiere Pro / Photoshop
Comfortable using or learning
ChatGPT, AI tools, automation
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Confident speaking with clients over the phone
Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced office
Technical Skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Google Docs & Sheets
CRM experience is an asset (Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, etc.)
Education
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media (preferred, not mandatory)
Compensation & Growth
Base salary starting at $35,000
Commission + performance bonuses
