Sales, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Co-Op Student, you will:
Sales & Customer Experience
Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
Learn sales process from lead to delivery
Conduct test drives and assist with vehicle delivery
Support customer follow-ups & appointment setting
Marketing & Content Creation
Create social media posts & reels for dealership platforms
Help list vehicles online (AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, etc.)
Shoot photos/videos of inventory
Support online lead generation & messaging
Administrative & Dealership Tasks
Assist with inventory updates
Support paperwork and organization tasks
Vehicle pickups, drop-offs & running errands when required
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Co-Op program (Business, Marketing, Automotive, Sales, or similar)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Basic social media & marketing knowledge
Valid Driver's License preferred
Positive attitude, eager to learn, strong work ethic
Bonus Skills
Experience with content creation/video editing
Knowledge of automotive brands & market trends
Sales/customer service experience
