Here at The Golden Circle Marketing Inc., the Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant will help our managers create brand excitement for our clients' products and services and build meaningful relationships with our clientele!The Golden Circle Marketing Inc. is currently partnered with several different clients, ranging from telecommunications, health and wellness, automotive products, technology, and home efficiency. The ideal candidate should have previous relevant experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, should be willing to learn new sales and marketing techniques, and be interested in personal and professional development. This is an in-person full-time position, daily commute to 240 Riviera Drive, Markham is required.Marketing and Sales Assistant - Entry Level will be trained to:

• Increase and maintain marketability of client brands through supporting marketing initiatives
• Prepare and maintain the necessary marketing materials for promotional in-field events and marketing campaigns
• Close sales of our clients' products and services in person/ face to face/ over a phone call with a customer
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients, provide an excellent customer service making every conversation memorable
• Create a unique customer experience at in-field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty
• Stay in contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them on new products, services, and enhancements available to them
• Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives
• Participate in a recruitment process, train new associates, conduct teach-backs and mentor brand new team members
