Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan (WESK) is a non-profit organization with over 800 members across Saskatchewan. We're dedicated to helping women start, develop, lead and grow their businesses by offering business advising, financing, training and networking events.

We are looking for a full-time, term Marketing & Events Coordinator in Regina. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this position plays a vital role in supporting WESK's brand visibility and community engagement efforts. This position will support marketing initiatives, digital engagement, and event coordination aligned with WESK's mission to empower women entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
Website
: Maintain and update WESK's website and social media platforms.
Social media
: Plan and execute social media content calendars, respond to direct messages, and participate in active engagement across all platforms.
Digital Ads:
Develop and manage paid digital ads (Google Ads, Meta platforms).
Communications:
Draft and send communication materials tailored to various stakeholders.
Event Coordination
Event planning:
Support planning and execution of WESK events (e.g., conferences, networking events, workshops). Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, create promotional materials, communications, and manage projects.
Sponsorship
: Assist with sponsorship acquisition and relationship management. Create sponsorship packages and liaise with sponsors.
Stakeholder Engagement
Relationship Management
: Build strategic partnerships and professional relationships with clients, community organizations, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Content Creation & Asset Management
External Vendors
: Collaborate with external vendors for print and promotional materials.
Content Creation
: Create engaging content including blogs, photos, videos, graphics, and newsletters.
Asset Management
: Maintain a library of content using a content management platform.
Special Projects
Special projects
: Support ad-hoc long-term initiatives like SEO audits and advertising strategies.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000
Term position: November 2025 to March 2027
