We are hiring for a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator. This role requires a highly flexible, detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a busy team environment and is able to work with all types of people. Salary is based on experience in addition to highly competitive benefits plan.

  • Position- Marketing & Communications Coordinator
  • Reports to- Marketing & Programs Manager
  • Office Hours- 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location- Vancouver, BC (Kerrisdale)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Marketing Programs \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate the implementation, promotion, training and maintenance of agent programs.
  • Communication \xe2\x80\x93 write content to support communications and marketing efforts both internally and externally.
  • Training Programs \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate all aspects of company-wide training programs.
  • Administration \xe2\x80\x93 provide administrative support to company\xe2\x80\x99s various business units.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detailed oriented and able to work systematically to keep files and information up to date
  • Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and project prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Must demonstrate and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism at all times
  • Microsoft Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook); basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite \xe2\x80\x93 particularly InDesign is a plus).
  • Zoom or online meeting programming and hosting skills
  • Experience with Wordpress and/or Divibuilder website editing tools and web-based email marketing/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an asset.
  • Minimum one year office experience in a similar field
  • University or College diploma, preferably in Marketing or Communication
