Mdical Spa with a variety of services looking for an inhouse marketing/sales person with a great experience and knowledge in social media in general ; Facebook , LinkedIn, Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram and all other social media platform.

Ability to work independently with strong leadership personality.

Job Details:



Developing marketing strategies for medical spa services. Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing. Leading and training. social media paid ads to generate leads Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints. Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales. Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market. Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas. Be able to hit the KPI monthly and yearly. Be able to set weekly or monthly promotions to catch up with the KPI. Communicate and follow-up on leads Good events planning skills to help the company grow it's clientels. Travel locally to meet with businesses and community members, and attend events and meetings. maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Ability to create a reward system for clients eg: reward points. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to our place.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Requirements:



Spa management experience 3+ years of successful spa marketining/sales experience. Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments including advanced aesthetics, RF, Botox, Dermalfillers etc is an asset. Effective and proven leadership and training skills and a strong work ethic. Excellent customer service skills. Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Creative in marketing and promotions and sales oriented. Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Excellent verbal and written skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
