  • University degree in business administration (MBA is an asset), marketing option with 5 years experience in marketing, sales and communication
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism in written and spoken French and English
  • Mastery of digital technology
  • Operational knowledge of marketing and sales communication tools
  • Autonomy and organizational skills
  • Proactive, action and results oriented
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of design software (InDesign, Illustrator), an asset
  • Proven track record in developing, leading and implementing strategic marketing plans
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and multi-level managers

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager for our head office in Lasalle.

Here are the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you:
  • Manage, train, motivate and supervise the marketing team.
  • Develop marketing strategies adapted to our market segments.
  • Define a marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Drive innovation by promoting a digital approach.
  • Develop and maintain virtual content to support the commercial approach, in the form of capsules and/or webinars.
  • Manage communication agencies for the realization of advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Design and implement "point of sale" tools.
  • Establish a detailed activity plan to support the sales force.
  • Maximize the use of the brand\'s display program.
  • Participate with his team in events and trade shows in the different markets.
  • Develop and implement the Quartz Auto Service and Rubia Truck Center concepts in the Canadian market.
  • Develop the image and awareness of TotalEnergies Marketing Canada with the different target audiences in coordination with the branch headquarters (Paris) and the zone (Santo Domingo)
  • Assist in the development of support and communication tools and ensure compliance with the image in terms of written and visual communications.
