As they continue to grow, they are seeking professional and diligent individuals to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Client Experience, coordinating the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing initiatives, and supporting all divisions in the company with communications, you are a highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and professional individual with exceptional communication and writing abilities in a variety of mediums. Responsibilities
  • Work directly with external consultants to coordinate the drafting and completion of marketing assets
  • Work directly with the Director of Client Experience to evaluate and finalize marketing assets
  • Design and present communication strategies for stakeholders across the development lifecycle
  • Draft and deploy communications for stakeholders across the development lifecycle
  • Answer inquiries from potential purchasers and realtors regarding upcoming developments
  • Organize and maintain customer and registrant data
  • Analyze and report on advertising campaigns; share recommendations based on findings
  • Plan and execute brands, campaigns, timelines, and budgets for new development sales launches
  • Track, update and communicate sales inventory with team members
  • Draft e-blasts, event invites, social media posts, company-wide memos, partner reports, press releases and more
  • Assist team members in the office or at the sales centre when required
  • Coordinate and attend sales launches, grand openings, or other client events when required (these events are typically held outside of the contract hours)
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Evaluate community engagement/sponsorship opportunities
  • Miscellaneous tasks as required
Professional Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing, advertising, copywriting, and project management experience
  • Proven understanding and evaluation of graphic design, branding, and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in the real estate market and pre-construction development sales is an asset
  • Outgoing and approachable personality
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure \xe2\x80\x93 sales and marketing timelines are constantly in flux!
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with challenges that may arise
  • Proven track record of excelling as a leader within a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Technical Qualifications
  • Extremely strong communication - concise writing, creative writing and verbal presentation skills are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Proficient in any software used for creating visual presentations and reports (i.e. PowerPoint, the Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficient in social media strategy and any applications which can support the execution of the strategy
  • Experience with photography and video editing is an asset
  • Experience with WordPress is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is an asset
  • Possession of an active Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and access to a vehicle with all
