Job Overview

The Marketing Agent will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and developing marketing strategies that drive customer leads. This role involves visiting job sites with our moving crews to capture real-time photos and videos, and producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories) showcasing our services, team, and customer experiences. Take high-quality photos and videos during moving jobs. Create engaging captions and posts tailored to each platform. Monitor trends and use them to increase reach and engagement.

Brand Awareness & Engagement

Develop creative campaigns to boost brand recognition in the local market. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online community presence. Collaborate with management to run targeted ad campaigns.

Marketing Strategy & Reporting

Plan and execute monthly social media calendars. Track and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategy for better results. Suggest new ideas for promotions, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Strong video filming and editing skills (mobile or camera). Creativity and ability to produce content that grabs attention. Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with people on camera. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Driver's license and access to transportation (for visiting job sites).

Preferred Skills

Experience in service-based business marketing. Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Knowledge of paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$41.40 per hour
