We are looking to add a Marketing Agency Account Manager to our growing team of talented professionals. Working closely with our writers, web developers and creative team, you will oversee, plan, maintain and facilitate various client accounts. This position is open to applicants seeking part- or full-time hours.

Trait is a full-service Canadian marketing agency, assisting clients across Canada and the U.S. with brand development, website design and development, marketing materials, social media management, and ongoing marketing support. We work with clients in a variety of industries including oil and gas, agriculture, construction, medical service, and non-profit.
As an Account Manager a typical day might include some, or all, of the following:
Thinking outside the box.
Facilitating a client request for a new project.
Conducting research on a new client, learning about their business and industry, preparing a report of findings to present to them.
Assisting Trait's Director with strategic planning and initiatives for business development and marketing.
Meeting with Trait's SEO Specialist to come up with strategies to optimize a client's website.
Quality checking content and design concepts before sending to a client for approval.
Delegating tasks to other team members.
Leading a team brainstorming session or update meeting.
Meeting with a client to provide strategic guidance on an initiative.
Strategically planning, writing post content, and creating design instructions for monthly social media campaigns.
Posting/scheduling content on a client's social media channels.
Overseeing Google Ads campaigns managed by Trait's SEO specialist.
Checking the analytics on a particular post to gauge audience engagement.
Developing monthly analytics reports for clients and leading monthly update meetings.
Promoting Trait's Services to an existing client.
