Job Description

Workforce Inc. is currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to support both Workforce Inc. and Calstone Search in executing internal and external marketing initiatives. In this role, the Marketing Administrator will also provide administrative support to the Assistant Manager and the Director of Recruitment. Key areas of focus will include social media management, external communications, branding, and event planning, all aimed at strengthening the brand and increasing awareness among clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Assistant Manager, Director of Recruitment and Recruiters to ensure marketing/social media requirements are met with the goal of increasing exposure and followers
  • Responsible for execution of social media posts, including but not limited to: holiday posts, job postings, special events, local or industry-related news, testimonials, new employee introductions, recruitment or position-related, and more.
  • Review social media inboxes and notifications to determine where responses are required (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support marketing initiatives with associations and groups to ensure branding and company pages/spotlight information is kept up to date
  • Conduct any research as required by the Assistant Manager or Director of Recruitment regarding marketing strategies or materials, such as hard copy or electronic brochures and marketing materials.
  • Monitor industry trends by researching competitors' social media, websites, etc., nationwide.
  • Support the recruitment team with marketing initiatives via Constant Contact.
  • Provide administrative support & attend outreach and community events.
  • Support the creation, design, and layout of various materials, such as training material in PowerPoints, monthly newsletters, informational flyers, etc., for Workforce, Calstone, and partner companies (including UAS, Sudbury LINE-X).
  • Manage Canva, Constant Contact, and an online program.
  • Perform basic edits on the Workforce and Calstone websites (WordPress platform) as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in marketing, business with a marketing focus, and or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design in marketing and an eye for promoting the brand in a visually appealing way.
  • Ability to create/conceptualize content, film and edit.
  • Experience with Canva, Constant Contact, CapCut and WordPress
  • Comfort using MS Suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Organizational, time management, and research skills required
Length of Contract: 6 months (Temporary Contract)
Pay Rate: depending on experience
Schedule: Part-Time, In-person role
