This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week



Overview

: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing professional to lead, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion across our Xvantage platform and Adobe Marketo Suite. This role will be the foundation of our digital-first strategy, acting as the go-to for all things digital, blending creative thinking with technical expertise to help scale campaigns and deliver measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Automation & Campaign Management




Own and manage the Adobe Marketo platform, including campaign setup, nurture workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across email, landing pages, automation, and lead tracking. Plan and deploy email campaigns--from strategy and creation to testing, optimization, and reporting. Maintain data hygiene, support segmentation strategies, and ensure effective CRM lead handoff.

Digital Platform Enablement




Lead deployment of new digital platforms and tools, including website enhancements, landing pages, and lead capture tools. Drive continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless and consistent user experience. Stay current with platform updates, digital best practices, and B2B IT marketing trends.

Data-Driven Marketing & Insights




Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, Ad Butler, Kentico, Marketo Reports, and Adobe CJA. Leverage marketing analytics to uncover performance trends, refine targeting, and inform go-to-market decisions. Partner with data teams to ensure reporting accuracy, automation, and actionable insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration




Collaborate with account managers, vendors, vendor management and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Coordinate multi-channel initiatives including content syndication, webinars, paid media, and internal sales enablement. Act as a digital marketing subject matter expert, educating internal stakeholders and influencing vendor engagement strategies. Work closely with Ingram Micro's global marketing teams to adopt, localize, and roll out digital innovations.

What you bring to the role:



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, distribution, reseller, or vendor environments. Proven hands-on expertise with Adobe Marketo Suite (campaign execution, lead nurturing, reporting). Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Familiarity with digital platforms such as Kentico, Ad Butler, Eloqua, Adobe CJA, and Workfront. Proficiency in marketing data analysis using GA4, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ability to create campaigns that nurture leads through to conversion. Balance of strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution. Established and productive individual contributor who works independently with general supervision. Ability to manage moderate to complex projects and resolve issues using sound judgment within defined policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain and influence others through data-driven insights and best practices. Bilingual and fluent in French would be preferred but not required. A passion for digital innovation, continuous improvement, and driving measurable marketing outcomes. + This is not a complete listing of the job duties.
