JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and evaluate the communication needs of PhoneBox; execute solutions to meet unique business needs in the telecommunication sector Identify advertising needs and develop appropriate marketing and advertising campaigns in both print and electronic form Compile and prepare communication materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for internal mailings and external events Source and manage new, current, and past leads with different type of management based on the priority and preferences of partners Create and support the new project involving lead generation of new partners and/or opportunities Fully understand transactional details of business processes and user experiences throughout Serve as a spokesperson for PhoneBox and respond to all written and oral inquiries Implement strategies aimed at informing prospective partners of the advantages of collaborating with PhoneBox; compose press releases after successfully securing these partnerships Prepare and oversee service agreements and new partnership contracts Initiate and maintain contact with media sources on new services and product launches Remain in frequent contact with business partners to understand and meet their individual needs Represent PhoneBox at international events, conferences and trade shows

Required skills:

Superior organizational and conflict-resolution skills An in depth understanding of working with various clients Good communication skills in English and/or French Keen intercultural sensitivity and openness to dealing with staff of widely differing backgrounds Flexibility with schedule

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
