Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing

Marketing & Lead Generation Representative

to support our residential home maintenance services, including

window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and polymeric sand installation

.

This role focuses on building local awareness, engaging homeowners, and generating service inquiries through in-person outreach and neighborhood marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and comfortable communicating with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Promote residential home maintenance services within assigned neighborhoods Engage homeowners through

in-person community outreach

and local marketing efforts Clearly explain available services, promotions, and scheduling options Collect customer interest and contact information for follow-up by the sales team Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and door hangers Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and leads generated Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times Work with management to improve messaging and outreach strategies
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is an asset (but not required) Training will be provided
