Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. No prior experience is required,just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This role offers performance-based pay, allowing you to directly benefit from your efforts. As a canvasser, you will build valuable communication and sales skills while representing our brand, speaking with homeowners, and generating qualified leads. Duties

-Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce our services and generate interest

-Deliver clear, friendly, and confident communication about our brand and offerings

-Record contact information and schedule follow-up appointments with potential customers

-Represent the company professionally and uphold a positive brand image

-Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly lead goals

-Participate in brief sales training sessions to improve communication and persuasion skills

-Report progress and lead statistics to team leaders

-Contribute to a fun, motivated, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

-No experience required--we provide training

-Excellent communication skills or willingness to learn

-Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to new people

-Motivated by performance-based pay and hitting goals

-Reliability and a strong work ethic

-Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods

-Desire to learn valuable, real-world sales and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
