Overview
We are a health drink company and take part in many markets and farmers markets, we are seeking a personable to join our vibrant marketplace team. This role involves engaging with customers, managing stall operations, and promoting our products effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide information of each drink and give them samples to try and talk about the health benefits. This will all be written down and easy to read. Assist customers with product inquiries Manage POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Maintain organized and attractive product displays through effective merchandising strategies Ensure the stall remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout operating hours
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is advantageous Strong communication skills Experience with product demos or technical sales can be beneficial but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning new products is important Ability to work flexible hours, usually on the weekends for 4-6 hours.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per year
