The Market Research Manager plays a crucial role within the Channel Performance team, with a primary focus on nurturing and preserving client relationships, overseeing the flawless execution of projects, and applying critical thinking to optimize outcomes. Success in this position requires taking on substantial responsibilities and actively contributing to the expansion of long-term client connections. This role entails regular direct engagement with clients, where the completion of specific tasks is indispensable for achieving successful account outcomes.


What you can expect to be doing:



Project coordination and implementation:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, analysis, and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports


Inter-Service Line relationship management:

Liaising on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner


Client relationship management:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests.


Project management:

monitors and supports the maintenance of project budgets and works with the team to ensure all aspects of the study continue to operate smoothly; responsible for quality assurance throughout the life cycle


Communication:

Proactively providing updates to the team regarding project/clients; workshopping solutions with the team to potential project pitfalls


This might be the job for you if you have:



3 years' market research experience Critical thinking: Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate research data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Superior organizational skills, and superior attention to detail Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience using Mystery Shopping platforms a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation Highly motivated, self-directed & capable of working within tight deadlines Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills If you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
