Job Summary

Implements the company targeting of the Right Customers on the Right Customer Problems.

Responsibilities

Segmentation

Provides necessary data with required information and conducts data analysis to share with sales

Targeting

Manages the targeting process for strategic targets

Recommends pre-set parameters for targeting

Activation

Interfaces with necessary teams outside vertical marketing to insure targets are moved into the sales organization

Owns activation scheduling and insures no conflict with other strategic activities

Planning, Analysis & Trends Reporting

Creates actionable content and training including account based marketing tools and insights; and other corporate reporting requests

Continuously refines and improves reporting processes for greater vertical insights

Decreases data anomaly and exceptions uplifting targeting and CMO Trends reporting

Customer Advisory Board Sponsorship

Manages the invitation process, list maintenance and content building

AR-PR SME

Creates and manages complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports

Functional Knowledge

Regarded as the expert in their particular job family

Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families within the job function

Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends product, process or service improvements

Qualifications

10+ years experience preferred

Bachelor\'s degree preferred
