TWOZEROFOUR is a local boat body shop that has been in business for over 15 Years. We are a growing company willing to train the right candidate allowing them to grow in a rewarding and secure position.
Growing boat repair company in Winnipeg is seeking a Marine Mechanic. STARTING PAY IS NEGOTIABLE ACCORDING TO EXPERIENCE
Required skills and qualifications:
Mechanically inclined
Strong people skills
Knowledge of all tools
Able to work as part of a team and alone
Prioritize work
Ability to diagnose and repair
Must have previous work experience working as a mechanic or technician
Familiar with outboard and inboards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Winterize boats
Run up motors and boats
Communication on parts needed to completed repairs (written and verbally)
Utilize tractor to move boats around lots and in and out of shop
Physical strength (lifting, pushing, kneeling, reaching)
Complete repairs with high quality and cleanliness
Wiling to learn
Multi-tasking
Helping out around the shop and/or with other boat projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
