---------Assign engineering projects to engineers or other technical workers Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and control budget and expenditures Plan and organize daily operations Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Evaluate technical designs and engineering work Oversee the analysis of data and information Oversee the preparation of reports Advise senior management Manage contracts Develop risk management plans Leading/instructing groups Conduct performance reviews
