Provide prompt, courteous, friendly and caring service to customers in order to promote good member/customer relations.
Responsible for the oversight and management of the Maple Creek Agro and Home Centre. Establish short-term strategies, goals and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan. Oversee the adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety and asset protection. Prepares, administers and is responsible for the achieving budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses and inventory. Assigns sales objectives for each department and ensures store goals are met. Coaches and develops team members and team leaders, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management and training and development. Monitors customer satisfaction levels and identifies areas for improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Agriculture:
You Strong knowledge in agriculture and/or home and building considered an asset.
Willing to obtain pesticide dispenser and forklift licence. Strong customer service skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication.
Ability to foster a culture based on safety, innovation and teamwork.
Physically able to do heavy lifting. Computer skills considered an asset.
Position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-op's Alcohol and Substance policy as a condition of employment.
