This course focuses on experiential learning. Students will visit a wide variety of cultural institutions across the city, exploring and critically interacting with many of Regina's creative organizations. The qualified candidate will develop and teach this course and work with minimal supervision while being a strong liaison between MAP and our cultural partners.
Position Requirements
Candidate must possess an MFA or an MA in an aligned area of study (Art History, Film, Theatre or Music Studies) and have strong connections with some of the cultural and creative institutions across Regina (and be willing to make connections with other institutions). The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and previous teaching at the post-secondary level is required.
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours
MAP 102 is an on-campus class scheduled on Wednesdays from 1430-1715.
