Production Associate: Position Overview: Successful Associate will work as part of team under the supervision of the area Team Leader/Supervisor, carryout out several tasks in the Production Assembly or Molding Department. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: \xc2\xb7 Achieving target production numbers and comparing actual production numbers to key performance indicator \xc2\xb7 operating production equipment \xc2\xb7 general assembly of automotive parts \xc2\xb7 monitoring the production process and carrying out basic quality checks \xc2\xb7 cleaning and maintaining 5S in work areas and machinery \xc2\xb7 reporting equipment faults/failures to maintenance staff and/or Supervisor \xc2\xb7 scanning product numbers into the computer system \xc2\xb7 Any other job related duties as assigned. Wage as follows: Start Rate- $19.04/hr After 6 months - $20.72/hr After 3 years - $23.10/hr Shift premium of $.50/hr Skills / Qualifications: Must be a team player and able to work in a fast paced environment Must focus on safety, quality, 5S and productivity Experience: No experience required! Other Requirements: Flexibility to work rotating shifts and at least 48 hours per week is required from time to time.
