WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Test Manager to join our team. As the Manufacturing Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing test team to ensure the development and implementation of robust test processes to guarantee the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our test operations.



Reporting to Director of Product Quality, this is an excellent opportunity for an independent and experienced manufacturing test manager who excels in manufacturing environment and can contribute to the future of scalable computer cooling solutions.

Responsibilities:

Implementing safety measures for operators working with three phase power, pressurized equipment and high-speed machinery Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing test strategies aligned with product requirements and production goals. Lead and mentor a team of test technicians to ensure high performance, motivation, and skill development. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of test systems, including hardware and software, to support manufacturing test requirements. Continuously improve manufacturing test processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase test coverage and accuracy. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain robust quality control measures within the manufacturing test process. Work closely with design engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address test-related issues and drive product improvements. Manage relationships with test equipment vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and services. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of manufacturing test processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to manufacturing test processes.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and test fixture design. Proficiency in programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, or C/C++. Knowledge of quality management systems and processes (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Skills:

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
