Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technologist. The primary responsibility for this position involves immunoprinting on nitrocellulose membranes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform immunoprinting on nitrocellulose membranes using a Biodot device. Conduct BioDot cleaning functions and verification processes. Carry out visual inspections of printed membranes. Recommend and implement improvements to processes, procedures, and documentation. Adhere to good laboratory practices and follow company standards based on MDSAP, cGMP and ISO 13485. Ensure a clean and safe working environment by performing cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Generate and maintain required paperwork accurately and timely. Follow strict protocols and procedures as established by MedMira. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards. Dependable, reliable, and well-organized, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic science background with 1-2 years of related experience in a laboratory setting. Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.

Pay: $15.70-$17.95 per hour
