Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Woodworking Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions across Cabinet Engineering and Manufacturing projects.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative system designs, project management, and product development within a collaborative environment.

Fluency in English , along with strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in Cabinet Vision software are required.

The Technologist will be instrumental in supporting Cabinet manufacturing, construction, inspection, and maintenance activities while utilizing advanced technical tools and software to ensure project success.

Responsibilities



From our sales team, Develop detailed final manufacturing designs, schematics, and drawings using Cabinet Vision, ready for manufacturing. Assist in Operation and troubleshooting CNC Router, Edgebander, Drill and Dowel, Hinge Boring, and other manufacturing machinery. Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and system components. Manage projects utilizing Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Outlook to coordinate tasks effectively. Organize manufacturing activities ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency across production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, maintenance planning, and technical documentation drafting. Provide technical leadership in cabinet engineering, lighting engineering and operations as needed. Maintain accurate schematics, drawings, and documentation for ongoing projects.

Experience



Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on cabinet design and manufacturing. Strong background in Woodworking Engineering. Proficiency in Cabinet Vision and AlphaCAM. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and system debugging techniques. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently using Microsoft Project or similar tools. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills combined with organizational abilities to manage complex projects effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
