EmerCom Technologies is a leading provider of elevator communication solutions across North America. With offices in Ontario and British Columbia, we are a small, dedicated team that designs, manufactures, and supports innovative emergency communication systems for the elevator industry.

We are seeking a

Manufacturing Technologist

to join our Burnaby, BC team. This in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and technical problem-solving in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Act as a liaison between Engineering and Production to implement manufacturing processes for new product releases Develop and maintain standard manufacturing procedures and documentation Support quality assurance by ensuring products meet performance and reliability specifications Receive and process RMAs, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for product and process improvements Provide post-sale technical support and assist with troubleshooting customer issues Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution

What We're Looking For

Diploma or degree in Electronics Technology or a related technical field Understanding of telecommunications and IT systems Experience with manufacturing best practices Familiarity with quality assurance processes Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Project management skills are an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable working in-office as part of a small, collaborative team

Pay & Benefits

Pay:

$24-$28 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type:

Full-time, 12-month contract with potential for extension or growth

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
