Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment efficiency. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime. Assist in setting up production lines and changeovers between different product runs. Conduct quality checks on finished products according to established standards. Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or issues promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ObligatoryAbility to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently. *
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with troubleshooting equipment issues are desirable. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
