We\xe2\x80\x99re building a sustainable network of high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solutions to better withstand disruptive events, serve scientific discovery, and reach those in need.For more information, please visitJOB SUMMARY:This job will assist the manufacturing team during the various stages of processing (Upstream Production, Downstream Production, Filling, and Packaging) by ensuring process and suites, equipment, parts and component readiness is met.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\xc2\xb7 Performs all duties according to the SOPs and cGMPs and all other established safety standards and company policies.\xc2\xb7 Maintains housekeeping standards in the manufacturing area including cleaning of the process suites.\xc2\xb7 Documents and records all necessary information/data as per SOPs and cGMPs requirements (i.e. observations, test results).\xc2\xb7 Operates equipment involved with preparation and manufacture of sterile products, included but not limited to parts washer, autoclave, integrity tester, CIP units, vial washer, depyrogenation oven.\xc2\xb7 Ensures all components/materials are received from warehouse and staged before batch execution, and returned after process completion.\xc2\xb7 Stages buffers and equipment as required by process steps.\xc2\xb7 Assists with preparation of buffers and solutions required to support manufacturing process\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ensuring all parts, tanks and components are cleaned to the required standards.\xc2\xb7 Maintains production areas stocked, and orders supplies as needed.\xc2\xb7 Performs all other manufacturing job-related duties as assigned.This position is a fixed-term contract position for the next 18 months.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum post-secondary school diploma or Science degree or diploma
• Experience in manufacturing processes ideally in a GMP environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\xc2\xb7 Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination performed every 2 years will be required as per RESILIENCE\xe2\x80\x99s SOPs. Included as part of the medical is a respirator fit test (half mask), and pulmonary function test\xc2\xb7 This position requires occasional use of a half face respirator\xc2\xb7 This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B\xc2\xb7 Job requires shift work, weekends and occasional extended shifts, and possible short notice schedule shift changes\xc2\xb7 Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 25kg\xc2\xb7 Direct contact with alcohol/chlorine based disinfectant agentsBEHAVIOURAL:Demonstrated ability to apply the following behavioural competencies on the job: Standards: Strong desire to achieve and maintain required standards. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $24.00 - $34.50 per hour.
