Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in production.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining shop area Sanding cabinetry parts for finish department Cleaning and maintaining Spray booth area Wrapping and preparing cabinetry for delivery Other misc duties throughout the manufacturing process

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable but not required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
